"GLOBAL CREDIT" UCO CJSC (hereinafter referred to as the Company) announces a tender for the selection of a licensed real estate valuation company.

Applications for participation in the competition can be submitted by all organizations that meet the following criteria.

The requirements for the bidding companies are following:

a) Existence of a license for real estate appraisal activity և Cooperation of at least 3 (three) years with 3 (more) banks (or) credit organizations operating in the territory of the Republic of Armenia;

b) availability of professional activity insurance;

c) the presence of at least 2 employees with property valuation qualifications;

d) the fact that the appraisal licensed company operates for profit;

e) Ability to provide a final report (act) on real estate appraisal in the city of Yerevan, as well as a free preliminary appraisal certificate within 1 working day;

f) Ability to provide the final report (act) of real estate appraisal in the regions of the Republic of Armenia within a maximum of 2 (two) working days;

g) in case of assessment of agricultural, industrial (other than settlements) land plots in the regions of the Republic of Armenia, on which there are gardens, livestock buildings or other economic buildings, at the same time only the land plot (without garden or economic buildings), the land plot with all its belongings (garden or economic buildings) assessment capacity,

h) Providing information on the exact location of the map location of the assessed real estate in case of assessment of agricultural, industrial or other types of land plots in the regions of the Republic of Armenia.

i) in case of valuation of movable property, the ability to present the minimum, average and maximum prices of that property;

j) Ability to work on weekends if necessary.

The documents must be submitted in a sealed envelope.

Tender applications must be submitted to the official e-mail of the organization [email protected] or the Company's office in RA Yerjan, Sasna Tsrer 2 (two) building, 251 area, glued, signed in a sealed envelope, which must be sealed by the bidder by 10.02.2021 at 18:00.

The competition will be held on February 15, 2021.

The Company will sign a cooperation agreement with the winner of the tender for a period of 1 (one) year.
