Mortgage loans now with 1% lower interest rate.

From now on mortgage loans for home purchase, renovation or construction will be provided at 10-13% annual interest rate. Within the framework of "Home for youth" program, loans will be provided at 8.5% interest rate in the capital (subsidize 2%) and 9.5% in the provinces at (subsidized 4%) and accordingly loans will be lend at 6.5% and 5.5% annual interest rate.
