Director of the Renewable Energy and Energy Efficiency Fund of Armenia Armen Melkian and Director of Global Credit UCO CJSC Luiza Igharyan signed a contract of Energy Efficiency Improvement Program for Non-Targeted Communities in Armenia which aim is to increase energy efficiency through financial organizations and financing investments in clean energy development in more than 280 communities.
