Mr. Petrosyan, the year is approaching its end. What was 2025 like for “Global Credit”?
2025 was a successful year for “Global Credit,” during which we managed not only to strengthen our financial performance, but also to take another important step toward becoming a fully digitalized and customer-centric financial organization. This was the year when strategy turned into real action, and the results did not take long to appear.

What were the most important achievements of this year that you would like to highlight?
One of our key achievements was the successful development and expansion of the digital lending ecosystem. At the same time, we recorded sustainable business growth, increased operational efficiency, and deepened cooperation with our technology partners.

In particular, we expanded the list of partner medical institutions and aesthetic centers within the framework of the “MAS-MAS” product. New loan products were introduced, specifically renovation loans; installment lending methods and opportunities were expanded; and we entered the primary auto lending market. Another important step was the launch of cooperation with construction companies in the field of mortgage lending through the developed digital platform.

Digitalization has become one of the main directions of “Global Credit.” What impact has it had on customers?
Digitalization has fundamentally changed the customer experience. Today, our customers can apply for loans, track their payment schedules, and monitor their credit history through our mobile application, which has increased transparency, trust, and convenience—factors that are extremely important in today’s environment. Daily efforts are being made to create conditions that allow customers to service their loans in a convenient manner.

How would you characterize the management approach of “Global Credit” during this period of change, and what role did your team play in achieving this year’s results?
Our management model is based on a responsible approach and mutual trust. We are convinced that sustainable growth is possible only when employees have a clear understanding of the company’s goals and when the necessary conditions are created for them to contribute to the company’s development.

We place great importance on open communication and cooperation, especially during periods of change. We view human capital not merely as a resource, but as a strategic advantage. In this regard, it is evident that the above-mentioned achievements would not have been possible without the professionalism and dedication of our employees.

What message would you like to convey to your customers and partners at the end of the year?
I would like to express my gratitude to our customers and partners for the trust and cooperation shown throughout the year. We are entering the new year with confidence, a clear vision, and already set ambitious goals.
