"GLOBAL CREDIT" UOC CJSC (hereinafter referred to as the Company) announces a tender for the selection of an organization that performs the evaluation of immovable and movable property mortgaged or mortgaged in the Company.
All organizations that meet the criteria below are eligible to apply.
The requirements submitted to the organizations participating in the competition are as follows:
a) Availability of movable and immovable property appraisal activity license and at least 3 (three) years of cooperation with 3 or more banks and (or) credit organizations operating in the territory of RA,
b) availability of professional activity insurance,
c) availability of at least 2 employees with property valuation qualifications,
d) Ability to provide the final evaluation report (act) of real estate located in Yerevan, as well as a free preliminary evaluation reference within 1 working day,
e) Ability to provide the final report (act) of real estate valuation in the regions of the Republic of Armenia within a maximum of 2 (two) working days,
f) In the case of evaluation of agricultural, production and other (except residential) plots of land in RA marzes, on which there are gardens, cattle sheds or other economic buildings, at the same time only the plot (without garden or economic buildings) and the plot with all its belongings (garden or economic buildings) assessment ability,
g) Provision of information on the exact map location of the assessed real estate in the case of evaluation of agricultural, production or other types of plots in the regions of the Republic of Armenia.
h) ability to present the minimum, average and maximum prices of movable property (including damaged and broken-down) in case of assessment,
i) Ability to work weekends if necessary.
It is necessary to submit tender applications to the organization's official e-mail [email protected] or to the Company's office at RA c. Yerevan, Sasna Tsrer 2 (two) building, area 251 in a glued, signed sealed envelope, which must be sealed with the seal of the tenderer by 18:00 on 20.12.2023.
The competition will be held on 21.12.2023.
The Company will sign a cooperation agreement with the winner of the tender for a period of 1 (one) year.
