Since its founding, the company has transformed from a traditional credit institution into a leader in innovative financial technologies, now offering 90% of its services online.

Banks.am interview with Global Credit CEO Luiza Igraryan.

-Congratulations to Global Credit on its 15th anniversary. How has the company changed since its founding?

- Thank you. In 2009, Global Credit aimed to simplify and expand access to credit for the population of Armenia, and today the company provides a wide range of financial services through advanced financial solutions. Over the years, we have embraced digital transformation and today see ourselves as a representative of the fintech sector. 90% of our credit services are already available online, and we have made significant investments in creating fast and easy service for our customers.

- What do you think has determined the success of Global Credit over the years?

- Our success is due to with the ability to adapt to market changes and our commitment to innovation. We have always strived to understand the needs of our customers and offer convenient and accessible solutions; often even innovating ahead of time (laughs). Without a doubt, all this has been possible thanks to our dedicated team.

- What achievements are you most proud of?

- One of the most important achievements for us was the launch of our fully online loan process and the creation of a mobile application. This was a big step for us. I am proud of our team. Over the years, we have not only gathered skilled professionals around us, but we have also provided experience to novice specialists who are now an integral part of our team.

- How is Global Credit preparing for the future?

- The vision for the future is focused on the continuous improvement of our digital services, research and implementation of new financial technologies. We also plan to increase the diversity of our services to meet the changing needs of our customers. Social responsibility is of the utmost importance to us, so we are actively working on integrating greener financing options.
