Global Credit UCO CJSC announces a tender for the provision of external audit services within the framework of implementing an ISO/IEC 27001 Information Security Management System (ISMS).
Purpose of the Tender
The selected company will conduct an external audit to assess the organization's compliance with the requirements of the ISO/IEC 27001 standard, identify non-conformities, evaluate risks, and provide recommendations to ensure the effective implementation of the system and support the subsequent certification process.
Scope of Services
The service provider shall be responsible for:
- Reviewing the organization's existing processes and documentation.
- Assessing compliance with the requirements of the ISO/IEC 27001 standard.
- Identifying non-conformities and opportunities for improvement.
- Providing a comprehensive audit report outlining the findings.
- Delivering advisory recommendations to address identified issues and gaps.
- In addition to the services listed above, participants may, at their discretion, offer support during the ISO/IEC 27001 certification process itself (including coordination with the certification body, organization and guidance of the certification process). Such additional services should be clearly indicated in the proposal, with the related costs specified separately.
Eligibility Requirements
The tender is open to organizations that:
- Have experience in conducting ISO/IEC 27001 audits and/or providing related consulting services.
- Have at least five (5) years of experience in the implementation of management systems and organizational consulting.
- Employ qualified professionals, including experts holding ISO/IEC 27001 Lead Implementer and/or Lead Auditor certifications.
- Preference will be given to companies capable of providing on-site consulting and prompt support in the Republic of Armenia, or companies with an established local presence.
Information to be Included in the Commercial Proposal
Participants should submit the following information:
- A brief company profile.
- Relevant experience in similar projects.
- Information on the proposed experts and their qualifications.
- The proposed methodology and implementation timeline.
- A financial proposal (both excluding and including VAT).
- The validity period of the proposal.
